I got into recruitment while working as an Operations Manager, where I was responsible for hiring and building the team. I learned the process from the inside and realised I genuinely enjoyed it. There’s a real satisfaction in getting hiring right and seeing the positive impact it has on a business.

Working closely with contractors and consultants, I experienced first hand the importance of strong mechanical and electrical building services design engineers. Outside of work, I’m someone who says “why not?” when others hesitate. I believe in backing ideas, taking calculated risks and building things from the ground up. I’ve travelled to 23 countries and counting. I ski (and when I don't, I think about skiing), read constantly, ice skate, I also love scuba diving. I don’t run - some things are just not for everyone.
